The Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowship is a two-year program at Brown that supports innovative, early-career Ph.D. graduates who are advancing diverse perspectives and scholarship in a range of fields and research areas, including the humanities, social sciences, physical sciences and engineering. This program is administered by ODI in partnership with the Office of the Provost.
The John Carter Brown Library supports scholarship centered on the history of the colonial Americas, North and South, including all aspects of African, European, and Native American engagements in both global and comparative contexts. Fellowship awards include a stipend, which varies for short and long-term fellowships.
